Once a log-home manufacturing building, the KaTom Restaurant Supply headquarters required multiple phases of renovation to transform it into a corporate office, retail store, and distribution center.
Updating the original, dated office space was paramount for the efficiency of the fast-growing KaTom. The reorganized office space more than doubled the original occupancy of the building. A contemporary design allowed for flexibility for future additions and expansions.
Approximately half of the frontage was dedicated to a retail component for kitchen essentials. This serves professional and home chefs alike, with custom millwork to not only showcases product for sale, but also hide back stock from the customer’s view.
